The Silver Spoon

The piece depicts a small box of old books encased in a small wooden box with two mice looking inquisitively at the viewer. The titles of the books are relevant and pertinent to the scene, bringing the viewer in to the scene to explore the titles, especially the book entitled "The Silver Spoon" as there is a silver spoon in the box. Composition created from scratch at home (including actually making the box), then I added two mice for embellishment.
